Spiritual Self Defense
Lord, we dedicate this new month to you. We ask for your guidance, wisdom and protection in everything we are doing. May You guide our steps and leads us on the right path. Fill our hearts with peace, joy and a renewed sense of purpose. Help us to remain focused and diligent, knowing that every effort we make wise choices, the courage to face challenges and the faith to trust in Your perfect plan.
Thank you Jesus that you kept Esther and Marigold safe as they ingested poison and had to be rushed to the hospital. The picture on the left is the girls praying over the two of them as they came back from the hospital and started to feel better.
Spiritual defense for this month is Divine protection and guidance.
For this we go with the bible verse from Psalm 121:7-8 says that “ the Lord will keep you from all harm- He will watch over your life, the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
This verse is a powerful declaration of Gods protection. It reminds us that God is our guardian , and He watches over us wherever we go. August is a month where many people experience uncertainty, whether in school, work or personal life, but this scripture reassures us that God is in control, keeping us safe from harm and guiding every step in our life. When we pray for protection, we can trust that God is always watching over us. And He promised us that He won’t abandon us.

Men’s Ministry
We thank GOD for this month, men were able to meet, but the big thing they did this month is to help us in the farm. We were harvesting maize and planting beans for food here at home and our men’s team helped us so much without asking for anything in return. They are good men.
Physical Self Defense

We’re proud of the growth we’ve witnessed this month in our physical self-defense training led by Anna. Our older girls have overcome persistent mistakes and with Anna’s guidance, gained renewed confidence and skill. They are now better equipped to handle challenges, showing remarkable progress in their journey towards physical readiness.
Intellectual Self Defense
In this August we thank God for His guidance and protection to our girls, they are doing very well in their studies. GOD is GOD and His work is not compared to anything on earth. Once again His greatness continues to be revealed to us, we thank GOD for MWANAMISI, who has been in college and has now graduated!

Our Beautiful Safe House
Built in 2020- the land was purchased by the William Rhodes Foundation and the safe house was build by the Rainbow Sandals Foundation. The beginning to many generations of redeemed lives by God’s great love and unending mercy.

Our Farm: Livestock
This TZ safe house has goats, cows, chickens and pigs that provide meat, eggs and milk for the girls!
Our Farm: Crops
This TZ safe house has a large field where they grow beans and corn, as well as banana trees, a huge mango tree and lots of fruits and vegetables in the garden next to the house. This takes a huge burden off of the costs of their monthly food budget!
Moto Taxi Business
Our TZ team has 3 moto taxis!
The passive income received by two of the moto taxis pays for ALL of her girls to go to school for the entire year, including uniforms, books and supplies!! Praise God!
The 3rd moto taxi pays for ALL of her girls to have health insurance for the entire year!
Taxi Van Business

Solar Panels
Thanks to La Jolla Christian Fellowship we have solar panels on the house now! This eliminates our electricity bill and further reduces our dependence on foreign aid! We are almost completely self sustaining praise God!
Our Guard Dogs
We have a new guard dog named Sal! We bought him from the police station and when he gets a little older he will receive trainings from them so that he can be an extra layer of protection for the girls! Praise God!
