Dear Lord we say thank you for this new year and we are coming to you by giving out our thanks and praise, that we have seen this year of 2026 .thank you for a good Christmas season we had this year. May this year help us to reach our dreams that we have been praying for, grant us a better a happy new year so that we can celebrate with others .
1. We pray for our girls, to make it in their new classes and help them to learn and understand . We pray also for the results of our girls who did their national examination to be good.
2. Also we thank you GOD for the two new girls, that we got them since we had the protest October2025. Their names are Hajra and Miriam.
3. We thank you Lord for a good celebration we had, going Roxy (swimming pool) was good for our girls, good meal and celebrating their Birthday, giving gifts to the community.
For the new year, we pray for Blessings upon us Lord. As they are going to their next classes Lord, please lift them up and enable them to make it far in their studies.
We are praying for others in the world so they can make it far too, as we all know, children are special to you Lord.
For this year we are looking for your GRACE. We need you Lord in our life, as we walk in this 2026, help us to depend on you and to know you are the KING OF KINGS. In this year we all decide to stand with the bible verse, from(Joshua 1:9)
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” -Joshua 1:9

Men’s Ministry
I was very excited to see how the men’s team is doing great and they love to practice their learning. Thank you so much Mr. Erasto and the boys for showing that we really need to push the boys, so that they cannot end in bad situation like marijuana and other difficult situation that they cannot overcome.
One of the men in the men’s team got married and we were very excited to be a part of the wedding, he gave the testimony of his life and he said how GWP change his life, he said “ I was a very bad man, using drugs etc. I didn’t think even I will get someone to marry, but since I started to attend meeting with Erasto and other men, I started to change. I was very excited with Dave and  Kristin teaching. It was a short meeting but meaningful to me. I had my girl for a very long time, she loved me, but it was very hard for her to say yes to be married with me, but since I changed, she said YES, and now we get married”
Physical Self Defense

For this new year as we hope in the last year, we need to open our girls defense club that will make us to meet other girls and to learn and let them make it as our girls have make it so far. For the club will push us to make a differences in other girls around us, for Anna, that she is our leader for theself-defense, she will lead us in the whole process in the community. In this month they did it well and the moves we perfect.
Intellectual Self Defense
We thank God, that our girls will be back to school soon and we are looking forward to prepare them with school facilities, so they can study well by paying schools and tuition fees, getting them new uniforms , school bags and all facilities they will be in need with. By making sure this is done before the opening date of the schools they can be settled for their next classes.
We thank God for Zawadi, as she had National Exam last year, and now we had the result already, we are so excited that she did it very well ( Div2).

Economic Self Defense
We are praising our Heavenly God for making it far with us until this new year,  you haven’t left us behind but you have been with us forever. in terms of economic we thank God that, we are hopping that, we will be improved from the last year, but we are hoping and looking forward to make it far.
The Mango Tree Micro Loan Group
Also we have classes for groups of women and men, we have the budget classes with them, they are so excited to have the classes. Also to get loan.
Our Beautiful Safe House
Built in 2020- the land was purchased by the William Rhodes Foundation and the safe house was built by the Rainbow Sandals Foundation. The beginning to many generations of redeemed lives by God’s great love and unending mercy.
Our Community Water Well
The water well we put on our land not only gives us water, but the whole community!

Our Farm: Livestock
This TZ safe house has goats, cows, chickens and pigs that provide meat, eggs and milk for the girls!
Our Farm: Crops
This TZ safe house has a large field where they grow beans and corn, as well as banana trees, a huge mango tree and lots of fruits and vegetables in the garden next to the house. This takes a huge burden off of the costs of their monthly food budget!
Moto Taxi Business
Our TZ team has 3 moto taxis!
The passive income received by two of the moto taxis pays for ALL of her girls to go to school for the entire year, including uniforms, books and supplies!! Praise God!
The 3rd moto taxi pays for ALL of her girls to have health insurance for the entire year!
Taxi Van Business

Solar Panels
Thanks to La Jolla Christian Fellowship we have solar panels on the house now! This eliminates our electricity bill and further reduces our dependence on foreign aid! We are almost completely self sustaining praise God!
Our Guard Dogs
We have a new guard dog named Sal! We bought him from the police station and when he gets a little older he will receive trainings from them so that he can be an extra layer of protection for the girls! Praise God!
