Prayers
Lord, may You fulfill many girls’ longing for wisdom and a better life. Bless them with a quality education, school supplies, and a family that supports their scholastic goals. As ‘‘blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding, for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold’’ (Proverbs 3:13–14).
Jehovah Jireh, God who Provides! We thank You for the rain showers that we experienced this month. Thank You for hearing the prayers of Your people and sending the rain to refresh and replenish the earth You created. We thank You for being the compassionate and merciful God who cares for Your people.
Dear God, we thank you for our FAMILY. The Almighty God, the King of peace we thank you for the protect our home against the attack of the enemies. We pray that, to continue to provide for us our daily needs and to give us strength against any evil.
Lord Jesus, we ask you to continue to keep our girls away from any danger and any kind of misfortune, to trust you in their lives and to continue to trust you. Help these girls in their studies, meet with their needs especially in their education as the key of their life. We desire to see a great change in their lives through education. As You ‘‘give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser. Teach a just man, and he will increase in learning’’ (Proverbs 9:9).
Spiritual Self Defense
This month our girls have learned how to trust in God and how God meets with the needs of their hearts. For it has been very difficult for them to understand or believe, how God has seen and chosen them from among the most troubled but has seen them and bring them here in the safe house. It was full of blessings, we talked and learn in scriptures that love is beautiful and well defined for us in that God is love, and Jesus demonstrated this perfectly to us all.
We finished the meeting that God is still with us. In the Bible there is some reasons that makes us to trust God and He will fight for you.. “The LORD shall fight for you, and you shall hold your peace,” (Exodus 14:14). Also (Matthew 28:20)
Testimony from UPENDO, ‘‘My name is Upendo. I lost all my parents. I lost hope at all. I have no believe that God cares for me and it was hard to believe that people will hold me like this here. But now I know that, God is my father and He will never forsake me. He is everything in my life.
Physical Self Defense
Our journey of physical self- defense is so good. Our team is doing great with the technical standup, pull and push base move. We continued with the exercises every week and we are so happy.

Intellectual Self Defense
This month our girls were very happy to be together at home especially in Easter holiday. I was very happy see them all together encouraging each other. Also we had a very great time having fun together, swimming, playing, eating and drinking. *Neema knows how much her girls love to get in the water, so she got them swimming lessons!
Efrasia, ‘‘It was a wonderful time to be with our lovely Efrasia during Easter holiday, we didn’t expect to be with her because she is in form four.
Upendo, ‘‘is now in Arusha Region where she is doing college, she was here at home for Easter holiday.“

Economic Self Defense
God we give You praise and honors for letting us here in Tanzania to have different projects such as soap making, livestock, agriculture and motorcycles..
Livestock
All of our breeds of livestock: pigs, cattle, chickens and goats. Now our cows are pregnant so nine months to come we will have calves. Pigs are also doing good and we continue to glorify God as this pig project is our first project and goes very well.
Crops
As I reported last month, that God has given us our own field and we were able to rent another field to produce more food. We succeeded in maize and beans, for food to eat the whole year. Our crops are very well and we believe in God and be sure of enough food for our girls.
