This month we were invited to Bunia for 3 days by CMS Africa for the conference were I was given the opportunity to share about GWP and get wonderful people need to work with us!

We had our wonderful christmas party we bless God for it and say thank you for GWP team and specially our leader Kelly.

Spiritual Self Defense

Christ was born to accomplish God’s word to save us from slave. give us freedom.

We need to welcome him in our heart, life and we need to see his light in our lives. Jesus our savior has born. May is presence remind us always that God has given to us the most wonderful gift.

Physical Self Defense

Day to day we are doing our exercise, we still on cours 4 and review 1,2, 3 to make it better to make it more natural, you can see it in video.

Now we are in course 5- so proud of our self-defense curriculum -so proud of our self and are so thankful for our coach for sending us video of lesson. we need it more now and as we live in insecurity and war- our girls and women need it.

Nothing new for Mignone and Plamedi, they continue with school program.

Deborah is sick and get operation of eyes, she is home now and we praise God for it. (There was a moment they thought she would go blind, but she had another emergency operation and we are praying for her success!)
