Prayers
We pray for the rain, the droughts are challenging the societies and affecting mainly women and children especially the girl-child. We pray for the world’s peace, love and the spread of the gospel for many. Above all else, we glorify our God, the Father!
Spiritual Self Defense
“For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ.” 1 Corinthians 10:4-5 ESV
Recently we become more aware that for any self-defense to succeed, one must know and believe in what they are defending. And no matter how many efforts we put else-where, it would not bring as much results as when we realize our own worth and understanding of why it is important to fight for it.
Maria asked “what is the use of learning on how to stand on my own if I will always be under a strong hand of another, I won’t decide or own anything unless I have to move away from my own people and where would I go then?” She really surprised me with such a strong question but encouraged at the same time. They are articulating and finding their own solutions and possibilities, questioning the very existence of these put norms, raising the alternatives and finally fighting for these possibilities. “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of hosts.” Zach 4:6 We enjoy the love of Christ on how strong He encourages us! I knew we are on the winning side even if she sounded so hopeless; we planted the seed of self-worth.
Physical Self Defense
Neema’s girls at the safe house have successfully graduated from Course 4 and are now onto Course 5! We are so extremely proud of them!
We bless the Lord for His infinite defense for us through Christ by physically dying on the cross for us. Ooh how wonderful of Him to show us such a love and through it we now have strength and confidence to stand firm and learn how to defend ourselves physically because we have known our worth. As we continue to practice course 1, 2, and 3, we now added course 4. We are thrilled to be in course four with new moves. We are proudly climbing that ladder and each step with added strength and knowledge.
Intellectual Self Defense
Our girls are doing well at school, they have had a two week break after their midterms of which they did well. They are now getting ready for their exams, December is getting near and it will be such an exciting holiday for us all.
We pray and with all the classes with the national exams the very best as they sit for their qualifying exams.

Economic Self Defense
With all the reasons to bless the Lord for His never ending love and provisions, we are more amazed of the daily grace He blesses us with. Our piglets are doing well and so are the motorbikes. Four of our goats have given birth to little goats and they all keep growing. We truly are thankful for all of the Lords blessings.
Safe House
Our very first GWP safe house sits on 2 acres presently. We own the land and safe house outright!
Livestock
Our Tanzania safe house has goats, cows, chickens and pigs that provide meat, eggs and milk for the girls!
Crops
Our Tanzania safe house has a large field where they grow beans and corn, as well as banana trees, a huge mango tree and lots of fruits and vegetables in the garden next to the house. This takes a huge burden off of the costs of their monthly food budget!
Moto Taxis
Now Neema’s team has 3 moto taxis!
The passive income received by two of the moto taxis pays for ALL of her girls to go to school for the entire year, including uniforms, books and supplies!! Praise God!
The 3rd moto taxi pays for ALL of her girls to have health insurance for the entire year!
Outreach
October have been a busy month with lots of students sitting for their National examinations. We reached out early to class 7 students from two different schools praying for them and encouraging them to not give up especially during their last exams that would qualify them to go to secondary. The mind battle was then for them to decide to not take their parents advice to not do well in school win (So they would be forced to stay home and help). This year too, their parents have had such vivid convincing facts pointing out to the droughts and the dying cows and fact is it is all they’ve got; the very reason for them to choose education.
While we empowered girls with sanitary pads and their needs to sit for the national exams, we enlightened boys too and provided them with the same hoping they will be the very example of the men we seek to see within our societies.
We reached out to a group of women urging them take part in their children’s decisions. To help them stand firm and choose education regardless of the current situation. We even went a bit far to promise to go back to them with more knowledge on how they can liberate themselves economically in order to be able to support their girls in school.
We have has a very special event as well, we visited a home with three girls who were to be mutilated (FGM) and we were praise Jesus they listened us and only carried on the customs and celebrations without harming the girls.
In all that we do, we do it for the Lord and that all the glory is to our Father. Thank you Jesus for the all steps and wonders you are doing to change the world.
