Spiritual Self Defense
To be saved means to become a member of the people of God, who by the Spirit were born into the family of God for this reason, united to each other as one body!
We are learning about accountability from Acts 2:42-47:
All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles teaching, and to fellowship and sharing in meals including the Lord’s supper, and prayer.
A deep sense of awe came over them all, and the apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders and all the believers met together in one place and shared everything they had. They sold their property and possessions and shared the money with those in need.
They worshiped together in the temple and each day met in homes for the Lord’s supper, sharing their meals with great joy and generosity.
All the while praising GOD and enjoying the goodwill of all the people and each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved.
Physical Self Defense
We thank God, as we are continuing on with physical self-defense in Congo. We are doing well learning different moves through our practices and learning from the GWP on YouTube.
We continue with our practice and physical exercises, which include abdominal exercises to reduce belly fat and other exercises to give strength to the muscles of the feet to achieve better balance. We’re sure that it will take time to get the result we want to have, but we are ready for more exercises.
Testimony
“Before I did not know how to do anything on my own and I was reminded that I am unfit and I cannot do anything on my own until I finally believe it myself. But when I received a friend who told me about GWP and what they are doing, I wanted to participate. Now, I am no longer this girl who was unfit and could do nothing as I had no balance, but thanks to exercises that we learn every day, like how to defend oneself physically, morally and much more spiritually, I am more the same because I started to see the change in myself.
I feel balanced thanks to physical exercises and I am also up to help other girls. I’m sure there are several things that escaped us for lack of information, but I bless this family and I bless our leaders for this initiative. Even I, who was so light like the air, am able to lift something.
This Project is a blessing for the girls of this region and our entourage. I also learned that even I can be of help to other people, so I took a friend of mine and started teaching her the exercises that I already mastered well. She liked it, so both of us are already in the group and I am proud of us and of what the Lord has done through this initiative.
My prayer is that we can go very far and always be better and better and help others around the world.”

Intellectual Self Defense
Lea is still waiting for her exam results and with this difficult time with the coronavirus, school was stopped again, so we are still waiting and praying that she will succeed.
Economical Self Defense
“For all the girls their businesses are going well. Over time we gain experience and above all we are able to meet our small needs and that of our close family. More importantly, we are learning how to be autonomous and face our world with pride! Until then, we are not where we would like to be with our business in the world, but we are doing a good job managing what we have and above all we support each other to rise to the challenge together, like our leader teaches us.
It’s not easy but with faith and hard work, we will win.
I’m so proud to be and continue to learn how to be graceful girls! My mum is so proud of me! She sees how I’m able to take the responsibilities of my small business, thanks again for that. Since I began my business of selling second hand clothes, I’m able to meet some of my needs with my benefits and am able to step by step help my family.”
