Prayers
Our Heavenly Father, We thank you for your unlimited grace to us and your kindness. Thank you so much for all that you have done for us and also thank you for the Safe house, a place where the girls will experience your love and protection and we are in now.
Lord, we thank you for the sustainable projects that we have in our country, together with all the challenges that we are passing through, you are still there with us. Lord, we pray for Thelma, one of our pigs, who is sick, please heal her. Father in Heaven, help us to get a very good grandma, who will stay here with our girls, with a very good heart and with a fear of God. Also Father we raise to you the issue of WATER SERVICE, we need you to be our helper, we need you to go with us Lord Jesus, as we decided to move in without water, we need your protection Lord.
In Jesus name we pray AMEN
Physical Self Defense
We thank God, for His grace that we were able to learn more each day, we are currently in course 1, and we have learned about fight stand, technical stand up and this month we learned about pull and push base, this is a very useful technique to us and they enjoyed learning. To be able to fight while attacked.
Intellectual Self Defense
Gentleness is going back to school again for the last year. We truly thank God for unlimited blessings to her in her life. Generally, we still ask you to pray for her, as she is going for her last year and is going to have a National Exams.
I thank God that I’m continuing with my driving school. This was my long time prayer.
Grand Opening of our Safe House!
It was our prayer to have a house, where the girls from the vulnerable places will stay and be secured so that they can fulfill their goals. This house was slated to be built in January 2021, it was a blessed journey, in spite of the challenges that we had like electricity and water but GOD was there for us.
The day of Grand opening was so good, GOD blessed us with a lot of guests, from different places, we had 12 people from the government, 3 police from our town here (one of them we gave him the opportunity to open our self- defense room). 1 pastor and other church leaders, one representative from the mosque, also we had more than 150 people from the village most of them were women.
We moved in with 6 girls now and we will receive more when the school will be opened. We also thank GOD that we had an opportunity to introduce our safe house and the GWP team in different countries, our mission.
To tell them how we work, also tell them how we teach self- defense and why, women were very excited and sharing how their girls were abused and no one to help them, some of the girls after being raped they feel shame and refuse to go back to school.
The leader and the people of this village were very happy to have an opportunity of a safe house in their community, and they said in this village women and girls are abused so much with men, but they believe that this place will be the solution to their problems.
Also, the Social Welfare Officer of the District, who was our Guest of honor said to them, “This office will also be the Centre of the women who are mostly abused with their husbands or family members, because she has a lot of cases from this place but they don’t have an office here in this village and it’s very hard for the women to go in town, so they may come to report here and they will arrange the day to come for those cases.
“One of the women, giving the testimony on how her girls are confident and they can stand for their own even if their father disvalues them and said to them they are useless, they are still encouraged and they hope to do the best things in their future.”
Economic Self Defense
We glorify our Heavenly father, that we were able to move to the safe house, we are very excited and the girls are very happy, participating in different activities at home.
The livestocks He blessed us with, are doing very well and our two goats are pregnant. We are taking care of our pigs. Now we are letting them rest for a while and Thelma is still sick, please pray for her.
We also thank God for the Motorbikes project, so that the profit will help us send our girls to school. We thank God that He gave us a new driver and he started to ride this Dec.
Also, I introduced the Zero budget system, which I can teach a group of women in their groups. Also to teach the groups Entrepreneurship skills so that they can have small businesses which will help them to earn money and to take their girls to school if men don’t want to.
This month 189,000/=Tsh goes to GWP servings and 81,000/=Tsh goes to my Family.

The electricity was the last thing to come and the girls were desperate to move in so we used torches for light. Then Chief Neema went to the main office for electricity and told them she refused to leave until they put electricity in their safe house. They started that same day! Go Neema 🙂
We thank all people who make this possible, it was not easy but is the Grace of GOD. Our special thanks goes to Kelly our mentor, the Board members and all of our Donors, you work hand in hand with our Mentor to make sure that this is happening.
We don’t have words that we can explain our thanks to you, we don’t have anything we can give you to express our feelings but GOD will work on your side and your blessings will be abundant when thousands of girls and women will be served here. AMEN.

Visiting the schools and in villages, meet with the society and serve them.

Go to the villages like twice a month to teach them, life skills, courage to stand for their own, to teach them about Jesus

To receive more girls who are in need

Go to the interior villages, teaching them FGM, Early marriage, effects of Child birth, effects of using family planning to the younger girls

Start teaching the CURRICULUM and I wish they will receive Jesus
