Prayer Chain

A letter to my Lord, savior and God Jesus I’m thankful for more than I can write or express my heart is full of gratitude I went through a lot this 2025

How I can not stay calm without testifying, I don’t know where I found strength to overcome all this, but I know it is because you are there present for all our GWP family

This month is a full of gratitude I thanks God as leader and mom to finish this year I’m so blessed the way the Lord Mighty protect all us through all this trauma, war, instability, we went through a lot this 2025 was so down in everything no one expect at the beginning but we end it with thanksgiving, thanks God we recommend you this coming year let it be filled with love, joy, peace and goodness have rich and good opportunities.

Spiritual Self Defense

This little girl was rescued during the war earlier this year. There is an organization that we work with called Pami/Unicef. Their entire work revolves around working with safe houses and orphanages to reunite rescued children with someone in their families that is safe. They were able to rescue some of this little girls family and returned her to them. Annette and some of our GWP family went to go and surprise her and check on her and when they arrived they found her reading the first curriculum that we wrote and translated into french, “Finding Myself in the Gospel Story.” She is doing well praise God and it was a blessing to see her.

Grace, Spiritual Self Defense Leader

This month was a blessing one we learn about gratitude and thanksgiving we passed our time giving testimonies Isaiah 43- here is the summary of it all: we thanks the Lord our God for His grace and mercy upon us, this year was full of down and very down, but God gave us breath so we can be alive today.

Benis: shared about his trauma when he saw dead body down while we were running to the Boat to leave Goma. The fear, hopeless … but I thanks God for his goodness and love. He take care of us and we didn’t miss food or a place to sleep. I say thanks for the people who help us anytime.

ADE said for me I thanks God to see how He covered our need. Nobody of us died we were touched, but not died. I say thanks again for Christmas, Clothes and food we found a little time to celebrate.

Ange said GOD is sooo good that is his nature. I love him because he show us is a real father for us and I recommend Him our 2026 and our farm project we can celebrate Him again.

Daniella will finish this year, and all our girls and boys are doing amazing things in their schools. They are so happy to be back in school again like normal children. Praise God.

Economic Self Defense

We are working on a farming project to make it more sustainable for us

That means:

Provide more food for the safe house and some of our neighbor in need, near family and friends
To sell we need to produce more food so we can sell it I’m working on a fresh vegetable market when we will be getting money from and meet our basic need, for schools , hospitals bill, guards and save for the future emergency
After all, we love make garden, growing food and share some wonderful moment together in family
Having farm animals, fish and food is all we dreams about and our hope for the future

We have just purchased more land that adjoins our original land with our safe house. This allows us to grow more food and become more self sustaining!
