Prayers
We started feeding the local elementary school kids! Some of our girls go to it as it is very close to our safe house. There are about 400 kids and it only costs $30 to feed all of them! We are trying to raise more money to do it consistently but right now we are able to do it twice a week!
Dear GOD, I come before you today with a heart full of love and care for our girls. They are precious gift in our life, and I ask for your blessings and guidance over them, Please watch over them, keep them safe from any harm and guiding them on their journey through life. Grant them wisdom in their decisions, resilience in the face of challenges and success in their life. May they grow in good health both physically and emotionally and may their hearts be filled with Love, compassion and understanding for others. Help us as parents to provide them with love, support and guidance they need. Give us the patience and wisdom to nurture them growth and to be a positive role model. In your name, I offer this prayer, trusting in your Divine care and guidance. AMEN.
We are asking you Lord, to provide us with all the needs that we have.
We are praying for the coming trip at the end of this March, we are praying for their travel and everything that they need.
We are still praying for our family in Congo, we ask you to protect them.
Spiritual Self Defense
In this February, our girls started part Eleven (11) of the Curriculum, “THE CROSS” most of the girls were very happy about the death of our Lord Jesus, that is our salvation. He died on the cross so that we would not perish but have eternal life. So everyone of us should be proud of the blood of JESUS. It has been a good time for us to learn about the cross because it is a period of commemoration of the death of Jesus. They were asking, for those who killed Jesus, will they go to Heaven?, will they forgiven?
Physical Self Defense
In this month of Feb, we were able to meet for Physical Self Defense, and the girls are doing great, but there is some mistakes but as more we practice, we will make it perfect. This give them more confidence and self control.
Intellectual Self Defense
We thank GOD that, all of our girls are in school now and they are doing very well. As I said in my January update, that we have a new girl Zawadi, she really wanted to join a secondary school this year, I thank God that, she is in Secondary school now in (FORM1). She is very excited to join the school with others.
