JULY: Our First Little Boy Goes To School!

Prayers

Dear Father God, we come before you, with the thankful heart. Thank you for your blessings this month, you protect us and provide for us the whole month. We thank you Lord for the stronger, smarter and beautiful girls you blessed us with. They are so precious in our life. Thank you for Mwanahawa and Hassan as they join this home, they fell loved, protected and respected. Fill them with your Joy and love Lord.

Spiritual Self Defense

In this month we were able to work on the curriculum part 12 ”Resurrection” it was so good for all of us to know that, the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is our victory. After resurrection, Jesus had a wonderful power and revealing Himself to different people. Some people did not believe if He really has risen from the dead and He is alive.

It was so nice in this month of July, Erasto and Rashan had a big meeting with men and small boys too. It was collaborated with the youth political leaders, when they heard about this men group here, they really like to hear and share some ideas with them, and hear about what they are always doing. They were very grateful to hear from the team and how they change their attitudes towards women.

Physical Self Defense

In this month girl girls were able to work on different moves of self-defense, we were so excited to have different teachers of self-defense in June, our girls learned a lot, some of new moves. Also Anna is doing great on leading the team.

Intellectual Self Defense

We thank you GOD for this month, our girls are going back to school with all they need for school, like uniforms and stationaries. They went back to school with a very good grades in their subjects.

Also we thank GOD that we were able to take Hassan to school, and we thank GOD also we were able to take Zera to the Hospital- one of the girls from the nearby primary school who had a head injury.

Also we have classes for groups of women and men, we have the budget classes with them, they are so excited to have the classes. Also to get loan.

We glorify our Heavenly Father, for the entire economical project we are conducting here in Tanzania. The wall (for the new farm) is almost done. We thank GOD that we are blessed with a baby cow from Brown cow, please pray for Gift to have a baby easily too. The goats, chickens and pigs are doing very well.

We thank GOD that we made 680,000 from our Noah Taxi.

Safe House

Water Well

The water well we put on our land not only gives us water, but the whole community!

Livestock

This TZ safe house has goats, cows, chickens and pigs that provide meat, eggs and milk for the girls!

Crops

This TZ safe house has a large field where they grow beans and corn, as well as banana trees, a huge mango tree and lots of fruits and vegetables in the garden next to the house. This takes a huge burden off of the costs of their monthly food budget!

Moto Taxis

Our TZ team has 3 moto taxis!

The passive income received by two of the moto taxis pays for ALL of her girls to go to school for the entire year, including uniforms, books and supplies!! Praise God!

The 3rd moto taxi pays for ALL of her girls to have health insurance for the entire year!

Taxi Car

Solar Panels

Thanks to La Jolla Christian Fellowship we have solar panels on the house now! This eliminates our electricity bill and further reduces our dependence on foreign aid! We are almost completely self sustaining praise God!

Guard Dog

We have a new guard dog named Sal! We bought him from the police station and when he gets a little older he will receive trainings from them so that he can be an extra layer of protection for the girls! Praise God!
