Here in Tanzania we have two girls, who the GWP helps  to go to school and make sure that they have  their basic needs  {Efrasia and Sisina}. Because of Covid19,  they are here at home with Elizabeth (our co-leader)  until the government announces (for them) to g0 back to school.

We thank GOD that in this hardest time of COVD19, Through our GIVING team (that’s YOU!), we were able to help a lot of poor families here in Tanzania. We had the opportunity to help people  who are in need of  food, cooking oil, soap, sugar etc. so as to  be in a good situation in this hard time that we are facing. The purpose is to show them the love of GOD and how they are valued in the community. We prayed and shared the Word of God with them. In one family we went to, the father of the house ask[ed], “Why are you doing this for us?” We said to him “because of the love of God, and we as women, we have to make sure that the family [is fed].” He said “… I [have] never seen this before. [No one] come[s] even to visit me here, as you see my house -we are like sleeping outside, but they never come… my wife after seeing that we don’t have food, no good place to sleep- she went back to her parents. So I’m alone here. That [is] why I said before- you are more than everyone. You come from very far away to visit me in this hard time of Corona.”
