Spiritual Self Defense
Neema is very pleased to report that everyone is doing well! She says they still continue to “pray without ceasing because prayers make us strong”. She feels blessed to be able to continue praying in her home during COVID for health, the sustainability projects, and all of us at GWP. We know that prayer is powerful and makes us strong, so we have faith that God will get us and our brothers and sisters in Tanzania through this time.
Physical Self Defense
This month Neema did self-defense here at home with her girls and told us that they are doing very well with it!
Intellectual Self Defense
Elizabeth started teaching the girls from home and they are doing excellent!
Economic Self Defense
For the Tanzanian sustainability projects, Neema tells us that both the pig and chicken projects are doing very well. The chickens are being used for food in her home and the pigs have been recently bred.
Community Outreach
We have been doing all we can to help our neighbors during this tough time. Donating food, providing counseling, and praying are a few of the ways we have been able to support one another and alleviate some of the challenges brought on by the coronavirus. Neema says that through these things we are “trying to show them the love of God and how much we value them”.
