Graceful Warriors Project is the project which aimed to empower women and to teach Self-defense to women and girls.
CHAIN PRAYERS
We still continued with our weekly routine to have chain prayer of 24hrs every Monday and we see GOD answering our prayers.
TRAINING.
On the first, third and fourth weeks of this month we did training and also we thank GOD because on the third and fourth week, we were with our Mentor( Kelly Kelly) and she tought us new movies. Really we enjoyed to be with her here in TANZANIA.
OUR TRIP TO MAIROWA
I thank GOD that we did our trip to Mairowa safely with Kelly, Paul and Paul. It was a blessed trip.
We met with different women from different churches, they are so nice. Shared with them how valued they are, how strong and brave they are and that God created them for a purpose.
We teach them some self defense moves.
We gave them time to share with us about their culture and the challenges they face.
COMING OF OUR MENTOR
On the 23/April our mentor arrived in Tanzania with her two uncles, Paul and Paul. We are very happy to be with them.
She brought new T-shirts of GWP, washable sanitary pads with underwire, water filters, cards, empowered bags, clothes, etc
On 28/April we took Efrasia to school one of the girls who are sponsored by GWPT to go to school.
Also we were able to visit Sisina’s family at Mairowa.
UNITY IS THE POWER
When we are in weekly trainings, sometimes we used that time to share something which are very important in our life, to be strong, open and wise, trusted ones, to love one another and be united.
I saw it when I was admitted at the hospital with my daughter Rebecca. The GWPT team was there with me most of the time, to encourage, to pray and to take care of Rebecca too. I know we inherit these from our mentor Kelly.
Love always,
Graceful Warrior Chief,
Neema
