Now the gangs are taking more territory. We are a little bit stressed because they are not too far from our town and also we have family that would love to come to stay in Jacmel but they are blocked there’s no way because they are killing people everyday in the man street . The situation are getting complicated please pray for us.

Our Lord,our savior we worship your name cause you are the greatest. You are always protecting us , providing for us despite of our sins so we wanna ask you forgiveness for all we have done that broke your heart , and thank you for taking good care of us , of our members, leaders, donors. Father we are asking you to be with sister Patricia as she starting feeling pain so she will give birth soon please give her strength to do so , also we pray over the new leaders adding on our team , give them great ideas , discernment but most importantly wisdom to lead Haiti ‘s team. As we are approaching December Lord you know in our country how the insecurity is obvious everyday they are taking new territory killing, raping people , burning their houses, Lord you say If you are the one protecting us we do not have to be afraid therefore Lord give us strength to keep our eyes on you despite of all the tragedy that are happening everyday in the country. We know you, we love you, we praise your name and we pray in Jesus’s name.

We are now seven leaders leading Gwp’s Haiti. We took that decision because we have a lot of work to do , if we are more than 3 it will be better and also to show them good leadership , making every month calendar in our monthly meeting to give good results. So we took 2 girls from the women ‘s group( Darween and Diadinya ) respectively as secretary general and money keeper and 2 boys from the men’s group ( Jean Gaby and Dephky) secretary 2 and delegate plus the 3 other leaders.

Spiritual Self Defense

Street Children Outreach: They really enjoy coming to eat at our place , brother Brisso pray and play with them before serving the plates .
And while we were giving them food everytime they come to see us to ask us for plastic bag to be able to go with the food to share with all the family. That really broke our heart and make us understand they are really In bad situations , they do that because they know at home their parents and siblings are also hungry so they feel uncomfortable to eat knowing that when they come back home they will find the rest of the family hungry. We would like to do more but God knows everything.

Men’s Team: We shared a lot about God’s love and how we need to share God with others. By advising, protecting, praying, respecting one another.

Evangelism
The month of November we had 4 evangelism. 2 conferences, 1 doors to door evangelism and 1 movie night. We had 5 people recommitted their lives to Christ.
We had the movie night, but we only had the fresco because the person who owns the pop corn machine wasn’t available.
They enjoyed the fresco and stay till the end.

Women’s Team: This month we talk about the importance oh having our parents’s opinion over our love relationship before even starting with that person because our biological parents as well as our spiritual parents will never give us bad advices as a friend could do, they will always try to put us in the right direction, helping us praying to see if God want that relationship to avoid wasting time and also losing the man of our destiny by putting the wrong man in your life.

Sister D’jalanta has to talk about that subject because now a lot of young girl are having relationships because their friends have boyfriends, so they are making choices in secret and then get pregnant, have to leave school to take care of the baby. By having that behavior they destroy their lives as well as their parents’s hope because they invest money, time, love in them to know in the future they will help them back and be able to take care of themselves alone but one bad decision of not being in God’s word and not listening to our parents destroy everything. That was a very good meeting.

Physical Self Defense

We had a beautiful party, first we have a moment of adoration with sister Frantzcia the we prayed, after that we spent a good time playing together , we sang Happy birthday for Sister Frantzcia and Darween who had their birthday during the month, gave them the cakes and also gifts then Brother Brisso had a moment little sermon to share with us and after that we shared the food, juice and the cakes. We really enjoyed the party and forget a for a moment about the stressing situation of the country.

Women’s group!

We won the contest last month , the girls were so happy. Because of rain and Frantzcia unavailability and also we had the party last Sunday they did not practice the moves but sister Frantzcia said that he will do that soon and send them for evaluation.

Lessons 1-4

This month we really took the time to practice and make sure that everyone knows the moves. We are excited for the next lessons.

Intellectual Self Defense

Sister Frantzcia just passed her exams and is waiting for the results.

We have two members in a difficult situation. They have send them home from school for school fee, we would love to help them going back home!

This month, the taxi drivers are continuing working except the first one. I am taking that one back because of the behavior of the driver. I’ll give it back to when he show that he wants to work.
