Prayer Chain
As daughters of the Lord, we support each other through prayer. In the month of October, we were praying for the United States election and the situation in Tanzania. Also, we were praying for all our family members who are ill and for God to give us a heart of gratitude.
The following are the specific prayer requests from Annette:
-
To put our leaders and sponsors in God’s holy hands.
-
To put the USA and Tanzania in God’s hands. We lay the election and other things at Jesus’ feet. We pray He keeps His people safe and protects all our Graceful Warrior members.
-
We pray for God to heal our family members and for all GWP members around the world.
-
We pray the Lord gives our young pupils intelligence and wisdom for this year. This year was filled with complications, but the light of the Lord covers it as said in Isaiah 60:1-3.
Spiritual Self Defense
In our curriculum, we have the grace to talk about a wife’s noble character in Proverbs 31:10-31. We also include other values that we find vital for us to learn during our meetings to be good examples for others. When sharing the word of God, we decided to be just as the Proverbs 31 woman.
We also learn about love and we know that if we make love a priority in our lives, there will be no room for hate or indifference. If we could experience love doing anything and experience love in ourselves, we can make a change in the world. Our life changes through love.
God is always faithful and we had the privilege of having a girl accept the Lord Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. When she returned home after our meeting, she shared the word with her family. We invited her and her family when sometime later we experienced another miracle. That all accepted Lord Jesus Christ in their lives! The young girl is now named Esther.
Physical Self Defense
We continue learning self-defense through our GWP self defense program on youtube, and we are so happy to learn we are free in our body -Annette
We are blessed by the Lord! He brought us a young girl who was sexually raped and got pregnant. At first she waited to talk to us at GWP, but soon she quickly came to learn more about who we are and what we do. Back then she had little to defend herself, but now she is happy to be with us on the team. In the future she would like to pass off these self-defense skills on to her friends in their village through GWP. She is courageous, and she wants to learn more about being in good shape. Also she wants to resume the course of life with us because we know the scripture and we share it with joy, peace, and assurance in Jesus Christ. Praise GOD!
Intellectual Self Defense
Lea is continuing her schooling. We continue to pray for her as now she is taking exams. We hand her over to GOD so that she can pass and next year she can still find grace to finish her study.
Economical Self Defense

I am proud to be a girl who is made in the image of God and to be a graceful warrior. Entrepreneurship is a big part of my life thanks to my team. My family now considers me a strong girl and woman. My mother tells me I am able to bear the small expense on my own. Love you chief Annette for being here for us. Thank you to our sponsors for your love! – Florence

October has been more impressive than September! I had more cakes ordered, and I was able to cover the whole month and even got $10 to save. Praise God! I am looking forward to more to come this November. I’m grateful for all our sponsors and especially the Graceful Warrior Project. God bless you all! – Patricia
Gladys
It is nice to be independent and good to know that we can meet our small needs. I dream of becoming a businesswoman, and praise the Lord of where I am now thanks to our sponsors. Praise God He wanted me to start to learn the challenges of trade, because when I have more money I will know how to manage it. – Gladys
Esperance
My little sister and little brother are proud of me and I am happy I can manage to cover some days with enough to eat. Although it may be difficult, I believe through the Lord I will get there. Life is complicated because both of our parents have died. I am the oldest in my family so it puts more pressure on me, but the Lord blessed us with a woman who always supports us, I speak about my beautiful big sister (GWP Chief) Annette. Thank you to our sponsors for their love they have shown towards us without even knowing us. The Lord blessed the Graceful Warrior Project. I feel good emotionally and physically. – Esperance
