Rejoice in our confident hope, be patient in trouble, and keep on praying.
This verse was a blessing for us this month as we meditated on it and shared it together.

We are all in good shape. We give thanks to GOD for his goodness, all things He has done without limit in our favor, his protections and love are without limit. There has been no cases of illnesses or mistreatment in our families by the bandits.
We say thank you to the Lord for everything, for us to see each other again in our next meeting has always been a thanksgiving.

Physical Self Defense
