Spiritual Self Defense
Neema reports that “we are all doing very good, continuing studying and discussing our curriculum, also praying for our safe house, praying for our mentor Kelly and other donors, praying for all sustainable project, praying for our students, and praying for G.W.P in other countries.”
Physical Self Defense
Still so thankful that we were able to continue with physical self-defense training! Neema says they are continually learning different moves with the girls and are all doing very well. Additionally, we have created step-by-step self defense tutorials on youtube thanks to the amazing Rachel B Hughes which the girls are now using, and they have created a song to help the girls learn! Neema also mentioned how the girl who is pregnant is still able to continue her training safely by learning simple moves.

Gentleness
Kindness
Kindness, one of our girls in Tanzania, tells us that she is so thankful for her sponsorship! She says it helped her get out of the difficult situation she was in until now. “I am now going to be able to accomplish my secondary education, and am planning on taking my final examination in November. What I need now is your prayers, so that God may fulfill my dream.”
Gentleness is still at boarding school and Neema reports that she is doing well. She asks that we please pray for her as she prepares to take form two of the National examination.
Elizabeth was able to get her diploma certificate due to her sponsorship with GWP, and now is a professional teacher! She has been using her skills to teach the other girls during quarantine and is looking for teaching opportunities in the government. Please be praying she finds work soon! Additionally, Elizabeth recently was able to visit Gentleness during a visiting day and says she is doing very well in school and giving thanks to all who are donating and making it possible for her to be in school.
Economic Self Defense
Thankful to God that all our piglets are doing very well! As we reported in August, there are twenty-nine of them, so please continue to pray for them as they grow, since they need to be strong before they can be sold.
We also want to thank all those who helped Elizabeth with her cellular air time business. She has already finished all the required paperwork and now is waiting for the officers to call her so as she can get the money needed to purchase the sim cards and officially open! Neema also adds that “we thank God for all who donated for the taxi motorcycles business, they are now at work and the project is going well”.
Safe House Updates
As we reported in August, we were planning to move the girls into a new safe house and we are so happy that they have since done so! Neema says, “We thank God that we were able to move and now the girls are in the new peaceful and joyful safehouse. We give many thanks to all who donated and made it possible.”
Elizabeth has been at the safehouse taking care of the girls and Neema for some time now. We have to remember that they are rescued with pastor Enock at Mairowa after their parents and relatives tried forcing them to be married so that their families could get money or cows.
