Prayer of our women
Dear GOD, thank you for your love for us and your unlimited grace. Thank you so much for all that you have given us and also thank you for the Safe house, a place where the girls will experience your love and protection. Lord, we thank you for the sustainable projects that we have in our country and the health you blessed us with.
Lord, we lift up to you this situation of inflation and Lord we ask your blessings for Gentleness in school and Maria for their mental and spiritual health. Father we pray for your spirit to comfort and reveal Himself to these girls. Father help us to a very good psychologist who will help Maria in the situation that she is passing through.
Spiritual Self Defense
We glorified our Heavenly father for his love and mercy, He is still with us, as we reported last month that, most of our girls are Muslims, so we were learning with them to know GOD and how He is working with them in their spiritual and physical life. Also one thing that was very interesting to them, is to know GOD is their father and that they are valuable and loved. They were so happy to know that even if they did mistakes, GOD is still with them and forgive them.
QUESTIONS FROM OUR GIRLS
“If I do adultery while knowing it’s a sin, can God still love me and still be my father?”
One of our girls asked, “If my parents do sins like drinking alcohol and go with other women will GOD continue to answer their prayers?”
I thank God, He gave me grace to answer their questions.
Physical Self Defense
We thank God, for His grace that we were able to learn more each day, we are currently in course 1, and we have learned the stand move. This is a very useful technique to us, as we will be able to stand properly, stable when we are being attacked and this may save us from danger.
Intellectual Self Defense
Gentleness is doing very well in school, we truly thank God for unlimited blessings to her. Generally, it’s interesting to know how God is helping her to adapt to her new environment especially in boarding schooling.
Testimony
Some of the girls whom I spoke with testified that the self defense class helps them a lot. Some are even able to build their confidence and were able to confess what they are going through and how they might be helped.
Economic Self Defense
We truly thank God that He answered our prayers to have land and then a safe house, which is almost done. The livestock’s He blessed us with are doing very well and Rose jr. is growing so fast. We also thank God for the Motorbikes project, we are still running one bike and we are still looking for a new driver to ride the second one. We are taking care of our pigs.
We have learned so much including knowing that everything can be business but the important thing is to know how to keep the business going , savings and profit made. The GWP savings this month is 94,500/=Tsh (Tanzanian Shilling) from the motorbikes and the money that I was able to take to my family is 40,500/= Tsh.
